At Yoto, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your inbox.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
